Driver FAQ's

  1. What is the Registration Process?
    Step 1: Register as New Driver with Name, Contact No.,Email
    Step 2: You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) in your email.
    Step 3: Login using the OTP and submit few basic details (Driving License, ID Proof, Photo)
    Step 4: Face to face Interview, document Submission & Verification.

  2. Do I pay anything to be listed on DRIKU's App?
    There is no subscription fee however there is a security charge of Rs 300 which is refunded at the end of 3 months.

  3. I don't have a smartphone. Can I still register with DRIKU?
    Yes you can register with DRIKU,but you would require a smartphone to fulfill Customer's requests.

  4. Can I work part time?
    Yes you can.

  5. How much salary will I get?
    There is no salary given to any driver. You get paid directly by the client at the moment you fulfill customer's driving needs.
    DRIKU's efforts are limited to getting clients on DRIKU's App. More the requests you fulfill, more you earn.

  6. I have a learners License. Can I register with DRIKU?
    No

  7. What is required to register with DRIKU?
    a) A valid driver's license.
    b) 2 years of driving experience.
    c) Police verification documents.
    d) 2 Passport size photographs.
    e) Address Proof (Aadhar/Passport/Voter ID Card).
    Even with these documents DRIKU's team reserves the rights to allow or disallow a driver to register with us.

  8. How much time does it take to get approved and start using DRIKU App to receive customer's requests?
    Including obtaining Police Clearance Certificate, It can take upto 21 days.

  9. Can a customer cancel the request without having to pay conveyance charge?
    Yes, if a customer cancels the request 1 hour before the service starts, he is not required to pay conveyance charge.
    Customer can also cancel the request without paying the conveyance charge in case the driver reaches late by more than 10 minutes.

  10. How can I use DRIKU to reach Customers?
    Since it is up to you to engage or not to engage us to work with you to get clients for you, we first have to have an agreement between ourselves.
    Then you have to register with us & get approved. Once you are approved you will be able to download the DRIKU app & use it.
